At the start of the project we met with Rostelecom's B2B clients to ask them about their problems. After the meetings we made prototypes and tested them within our team. Finally we had those scenarios:

  • GOALS
    - To make the load on call centre lower.
    - Grow the number of B2B clients who use personal accounts.
  • WHAT I DID
    - Organized meetings with Rostelecom's B2B clients.
    - Started the process of design and testing prototypes within our team. Finally we had scenarios for everything in the application.
    - Made tasks for design screens.
    - Gave prototypes to developing.
  • RESULTS
    We made the load on call centre lower. The application turned to be convenient for all operations which costumers need. The rating of the app in the AppStore — 4.3.
